1. How can I receive a password?/ How do I log on?
Just press the Jobseekers tab. After that click on the "click here" link. After completing the necessary information, press the "submit" button. You will receive your username and password in your mailbox at the e-mail address that you have written.
2. How do I begin/ what should I do to apply for a job?
Once you login as a Jobseeker register your details and :
       Post your CV by clicking on "click here" link on Jobseekers page.
       Search for a job. Choose the job position, State and Season that you want to work in. Press the "search" button and the available positions will appear on your screen.
       Apply for a job by clicking on the selected by you job, write a cover note and press the "send your CV" button.
3. How can I edit my CV?
After you login, press either "your CV" or "update these details" button and you will have the chance to change or correct your CV. To confirm the change/correction, press the "submit" button. A message "Your CV has been successfully changed" will appear on the screen.
4. I can't remember my password. What should I do?
- Once you have login as a Jobseeker, press "forgot your password" link, type your e-mail address and press "submit" button. You will receive your password in your mailbox again.
5. Is J1jobs.com free?
- Using this site is absolutely free for you. You just have to register/login and to start using it.
6. How can I receive my J1 visa?
- Information about different J1 visa sponsors and offices you will receive if you right click on the "J1 visa" link.
7. What is J1jobs by e-mail?
- If you subscribe for J1jobs by e-mail, you have to write where and what kind of job you are looking for. Once you are subscribed you will start receiving the new vacancies by e-mail.
8. Problems signing in?
Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled?
Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to sign in.

1. How can I receive a password?/ How do I log on?
Just press the Employers tab. After that click on the "click here" link. After completing the necessary information, press the "submit" button. You will receive a confirmation about your username and password in your mailbox at the e-mail address that you have written.

2. I can't remember my password. What should I do?
Once you login as an employer, press "forgot your password" link, type your e-mail address and press "submit". You will receive your password in your mailbox again.

3. How do I begin?
    Register your company/ organization by pressing "click here" link on the Employers page.
    Advertise free job positions/ vacancies
    Start receiving applications

4. How can I edit the advertised information (number of vacancies, job describtion)?
You can edit everything connected with vacancies by pressing "edit" link, which corresponds to a certain job position. Every time you login, you will have the chance to change your contact information. Just press the "submit" button to confirm the changes.

5. I want to stop receiving applications. What shall I do?
If you do not want to receive any more applications, just press the "edit" link and change the vacancies to zero. When you have new vacancies available, you can change it again.

6. Is J1jobs.com free?
Using this site is absolutely free for you. You just have to register/login and to start using it.

7. What will I do if I receive hundreds of applications?
Of course, we know that you do not have the time to answer to hundreds of applicants one by one. We have prepared some standard replies for you. You will find them if you press "view" link for each job position. You can check the box on the left side of application. Then scroll down till you see the "standard response box". You can choose one of the letters that you think is closest to the answer you want to send to the applicant. When you press the "send a reply" button, your letter will reach each one of the chosen applicants. This function is multiple, you can send one and the same letter to more than one applicant in one and the same time.
